Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
Cancellation of orders up to the time of shipment is subject to approval and may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. If an order is not cancelled prior to shipment, the order will be treated as a return. Please contact us for more information.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order to Emeco within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Your refund may be reduced by a restocking fee of at least 25% of the full purchase price. The goods should be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be returned. Please contact us for more information.
The credit amount will be refunded to the original credit card after the items have been inspected for damage. A return authorization will be needed for all returns prior to returning the item to Emeco. Please contact Emeco Customer Service:
