Prices, Payment & Delivery
Prices displayed on emeco.net are for online orders. Advertised discounts - for general sale periods, or for particular products - apply to online orders only and cannot be combined with other discounts such as trade discounts. Contact us for trade pricing and lead times for large volume orders.
Prices displayed in USD exclude taxes, which are added at check-out.
Prices displayed in EUR include VAT for EU countries. For non-EU countries, prices displayed exclude VAT, since local VAT and customs-related charges will be invoiced separately by the freight company at the time of delivery.
We accept the following credit cards as payment:
American Express, Mastercard, Visa.
For orders placed online, payment is debited to your card at the time of purchase.
We take the highest security measures to protect your credit card information including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate authentication, firewall technology, limited access data-centers and limitations of administrative access to our systems. We never send your sensitive information, including your credit card details, via e-mail.
When you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with an estimated delivery time. The lead time for delivery depends on whether your ordered product is a stock item, or one that we make to order, especially for you. The lead time for Europe, as indicated on our website, is approximate.
All aluminum products are hand-made to order in our factory in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
Our Customer Service will keep you updated on the production and expected delivery of your order. To check the status of an existing order, please send an e-mail to customerservice@emeco.net (USA) or europe@emeco.net (Europe).
In the event of a variation to the original ship date as instructed by the purchaser, Emeco reserves the right to charge storage at the rate of 1% of the net order value per day for any completed orders that have exceeded their original ship date by more than 14 days.
USA
All U.S. orders are shipped from our distribution center in Hanover, PA.
In general, U.S. orders shipped to the East Coast will be received in 2-3 business days via standard delivery. U.S. orders shipped to the Midwest or West Coast will be received in 3-7 business days via standard delivery. For shipping outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska), separate shipping charges apply. Please contact our customer service representatives for further information.
Europe
All European orders are shipped from our logistic center in Rovellasca, CO, Italy.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs-related charges and local VAT will be invoiced separately by the freight company.
European orders will be received in 5-7 business days via standard delivery.
Standard Delivery includes Delivery appointment by phone and Delivery at ground floor only.
We also offer Home Delivery, which includes: Delivery appointment by phone, Delivery at the requested floor, Unpacking and disposal of package (if requested). Please contact us for a quote.
USA
Continental USA:
For all products ordered via our U.S. website, free shipping to continental USA applies to all chairs and stools, for Residential Curbside delivery. For inside delivery, or delivery to businesses, separate shipping fees apply. Large items, such as tables, benches and shelves, are subject to shipping fees.
Alaska & Hawaii:
For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs apply to all products ordered via our U.S website. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Hanover, PA. For delivery to businesses, separate shipping fees apply.
Europe
All products ordered via our European website are shipped with Tramo from our warehouse north of Milan, Italy. Free shipping applies to all products for delivery to any EU country, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the UK. For deliveries to non-EU countries, all customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer and need to be paid separately in your country. If you have any questions regarding these charges please contact your local tax authority.
