The classic semi-upholstered Navy Chair® was first introduced in 1948 when US Navy officers were redeployed off Navy Warships to land based facilities, and wanted a little more comfort than the ship board 1006 Navy Chair® provided. Since then, this iconic series has been used for working and dining in settings where an extra level of comfort and durability is demanded. With its long history, this humble but proud chair is an unimpeachable symbol of no-nonsense American ingenuity. Offered in black leather as standard as well as COM/COL - please contact us for custom textiles. Standard glides: soft plastic TPU glides for all-around use, including outdoor use.
